Here are our 10 favorite songs of the 2018, in no particular order.

“SAY SOMETHING” | JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE

Outside the music itself, which is pretty cool, Timberlake did please submit the Chris Stapleton to the world, and because of this, I am very grateful for this single. Chris is one of the musicians the most authentic of the industry, rescuing the ancient spirit of the country of the great classics such as Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson. The injection of this spirit in this pop single is refreshing and powerful – Ryan Smallman.

“SHALLOW” | LADY GAGA AND BRADLEY COOPER

It is one of those songs that you will be listening to in cars and homes when you are walking in the street –Marcelo Forlani.

The whole soundtrack of a Star is Born is not called very much my attention, but in the lyrics of “Shallow” has something special. It reflects, at the same time, the anguish and the desire by the new youth and the need to feel full, adult life. As Lady Gaga sings, who of us does not want to go to a place where no one can hurt us? – Camila Sousa.

“Hoo, huh, uh, huhh-owwwwwwww, Huh, huhh-huhhh” – the song composed by Lady Gaga, Andrew Wyatt, Anthony Rossomando and Mark Ronson for the movie Bradley Cooper creates one of the most memorable moments of the film. The song is essential to believe in the announced birth of a star, at the same time that serves as proof of the reach and versatility of Gaga – Natália Bridi.

“WHEN THE CURTAIN FALLS” | GRETA VAN FLEET

In spite of the music like the Led Zeppelin, that I found more copyright, the type that sticks in the head in a positive way – Luiz Turret.

“DOMINOES” | PAUL MCCARTNEY

It’s too difficult to choose music for a year, but I’m with the “Dominoes” to represent the Egypt Station, Paul McCartney. A touch of Wings to Macca modern – Julia Sabbaga.

“APESHIT” | THE CARTERS

The year had many amazing songs, but this is special because it shows the versatility of Beyoncé. She can sing love songs, pop songs and also do a rap at the height of Jay-Z, who is one of the greatest of all time. The music mixes very well the style of the two with a beat current – Fábio Gomes.

“BEACH LIFE-IN-DEATH” | CAR SEAT HEADREST

The garage-rock chronicler of the things us white won a survival rate in 2018 that range of Twin Fantasy (which, incidentally, is a whole disk as well decent) – Marcelo Hessel.

“THANK U, NEXT” | ARIANA GRANDE

In the category pop-gum, Ariana Grande has managed to overcome with “Thank U, Next”. It is true that the letter is a little lazy at times, but the melody is contagious and the sincerity of the outburst of the singer became the single one of the major highlights of the second half – Mariana Canhisares.

“THE FAVELA LIVES 3” | ADL, CHOICE, DJONGA, SMALLER PLATE & NEGRA LI (PROD. INDIAN & X)

Rappers ADL, Choice, Djonga, Smaller Plate and Negra Li brought us a song with a letter very well written, a beat impactful and a message more than necessary in the days of today – Arthur Braga.

“THIS IS AMERICA” | CHILDISH GAMBINO
